  • Overseeing follow-up with vendors for timely deliveries, release schedules, quality checks & ensuring timely payments.
  • Developing a number of vendors for various critical items.
  • Negotiating with vendors and decreasing their rates without affecting the quality of materials.
  • Coordinating with the production planning department, foundry and commercial department for spares production.

  • Co-ordination of all the civil & structural actives with client, consultant, sub-contractors for smooth progress of the job including Commissioning with knowledge of Codes and Standards. Study of all specification, codes, drawings, standards etc. for easy execution of the job.
